A marketplace built around trust

Customers browse or request a service, book a verified provider, and pay HollaAssist. The platform records every transaction along with the applicable commission, and the provider becomes eligible for payout only after the service is completed and the payout conditions are met.

Providers must create a provider account, complete their profile, pass verification and explicitly accept the Provider Terms & Conditions — with the acceptance recorded against a specific version and timestamp — before they can operate as an active provider.

HollaAssist manages the complete transaction lifecycle: cancellations, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, payout holds and completed payouts. Sensitive financial and administrative actions are restricted and auditable.
