We collect the account, profile, verification, booking and transaction data needed to operate the marketplace. Verification documents are handled as sensitive data and are visible only to the provider who submitted them and authorised HollaAssist administrators.
Financial records are retained for accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Access to payment, commission and payout records is restricted to the parties involved and to authorised administrators.
Administrative and financial actions are recorded in an audit log. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention duties.
