1. Using HollaAssist
HollaAssist is a marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers. HollaAssist is not the provider of the services listed on the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use the platform only in line with applicable law.
3. Bookings and payments
Customers pay HollaAssist for bookings. HollaAssist records each transaction and the applicable platform commission. A live payment provider is not connected yet.
4. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Cancellations, refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled through the platform. Refund outcomes are decided by HollaAssist based on the booking record and submitted evidence.
5. Provider payouts
Provider payouts are released only after the service is completed and applicable hold conditions are satisfied. Payouts may be held during an open dispute or investigation.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be published with a new version number.
